During food production and food treatment, it is necessary to observe the regulations related to food law, as well as food safety and hygiene. This applies not only to different catering establishments, which run catering production, but also to food manufacturing companies. During distribution, these rules and regulations also apply. We have to not just implement the HACCP system, but also follow this system in practice. For this reason, we have to know this system and its procedures and be able to do record-keeping.
